Working students

We are looking for motivated and committed working students (m/f/d) for a temporary website project. The project can serve as an entry point for a long-term working student position.

Quality Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Quality Manager Medical Device (m/f/d) who will support our clients in building and further developing their quality management systems and confidently guide them through audits. In this role, you will take responsibility for exciting projects and work closely with both our team and our clients.

Working Student (m/f/d) – IT / Template Development (Liquid & JSON)

Location: Remote or Munich / Bernried am Starnberger See
Hours: 10–20 hours/week

About cevvy

cevvy is a late-stage SaaS solution in the Regulatory Affairs space for medical devices. We automate the creation of technical documentation for medical device manufacturers—using intelligent decision trees, dynamic templates, and modular data models. Our goal: make regulatory documentation as simple and smart as possible.

Tasks:

  • Build and maintain our Liquid- and JSON-based templates and modules

  • Develop dynamic question flows (conditional logic, triggers, lookups)

  • Collaborate with the product team to deliver new features

  • Structure and optimize data models (Product / Device / Component, etc.)

  • Support implementation of our “single source of truth” strategy

Requirements:

  • Ongoing studies in (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, or similar

  • Hands-on experience with Liquid (e.g., Shopify, Jekyll) and JSON structures

  • Basic understanding of data logic, modularization, and APIs

  • Enjoy structured work and complex problem-solving

  • Optional: Interest in MedTech, Regulatory Affairs, or digital quality management
