Junior Regulatory Affairs

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior RA Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about regulatory compliance within the medical device industry.

Working student

  • We are looking for motivated and committed working students (m/f/d) for a temporary website project. The project can serve as an entry point for a long-term working student position.

Project Description:

  • Duration: 3 months (20 hours per week, or full-time during semester breaks)
  • Work location: Fully remote, from home
  • Type of work: 100% PC-based
  • Must-have: Own PC required, basic knowledge of English and MS Office.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with WordPress/Elementor and knowledge of HTML
  • Start: as soon as possible

Tasks:

  • Independent processing of the project task on the PC
  • Creative solution finding for various challenges
  • Regular reporting on the progress of the project

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student at a German university
  • Basic knowledge of English and MS Office
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Reliable internet access and own PC

Regulatory Affairs Junior

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about regulatory compliance within the medical device industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, contributing to the creation of technical documentation for medical devices and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office applications
  • Regulatory affairs knowledge not necessary
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills and a curious and open mind

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of technical documentation for medical devices
  • Active involvement in project-based work, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the process
  • Collaboration with clients to understand their regulatory requirements
  • Regular team meetings and coordination with colleagues
  • Almost 100% remote work with periodic in-person meetings
